Mr Grant, Please Be Gentle

Chapter 38 About Time to Live Like Husband and Wife

Blanca grumbled internally. There was a difference between not letting people walk all over her and being genuinely malicious, okay!

“How do you want me to think of you, then?”

Matthew suddenly leant close. He’d wanted to tease her, but Blanca just so happened to sit up at that moment, and the two bumped into each other. This text is © NôvelDrama/.Org.

He went with the motion and slipped an arm around her waist. Their bodies stuck together tightly.

He lowered his head, gaze following on the slight swell of Blanca’s chest.

Blanca followed his gaze and went bright red, shoving him off her.

“You … you rascal!”

“You were the one who’d cozied up to me.” Matthew smiled mildly, took the covers off, and was about to lie down.

“Hey, what are you doing coming in bed? You can take the sofa.” Blanca shrank back, startled.

“The sofa’s too small. I can’t sleep there.”

“Then I’ll go.”

Blanca was about to get up and leave when Matthew reached out and tugged her back into bed, pressing her between his own body and the mattress.

His breathing started getting rough and hard.

Matthew thought back to that night in the bar, and how it’d been the first time they’d met. She’d been so drunk and had hooked on him actively, mumbling things about how gentlemen ought to treat a lady.

Back then, he’d been tempted, but it wasn’t Matthew’s style to have relations with strangers. Seeing this woman full of herself now, and thinking back to how she’d been the active part that night, he felt a surge of regret and wanted a chance to make up for it.

“M-Matthew? What are you doing?!”

Hearing the heavy breathing coming from above her head, Blanca’s heart sped up and leapt into her throat.

Matthew lowered his head deviously, whispering next to Blanca’s ear, “What do you think?”

His deep voice seemed to pierce her heart like an arrow!

Blanca’s body went limp and she felt like she was getting electrocuted. Her brain went offline as her mouth worked without getting a word out.

“We’re married now, and it’s about time we start living like husband and wife, isn’t it?”

Slender fingers stroked down slowly from Blanca’s hair, and she felt like she’d been muted.

“I… I’m ill right now, can you really bear to go down on…”

Blanca bit her lip, her quick thinking and unruly temper gone, a tiny rabbit pleading with the big bad wolf to let her go.

Looking at her delicate features, Matthew’s breath caught in his throat and he dipped his head down, kissing her.

The kiss was forceful and demanding. Inexperienced, Blanca was soon out of breath.

“Mmphh…”

Blanca’s eyes widened and she tried to push Matthew off. She might as well have been tickling him with how little he moved!

Matthew, though, seemed like addicted to such a feeling. He’d never thought her lips were this soft and sweet, and he couldn’t help but deepen his kiss…

Then he hissed.

A sweet taste burst out on the tip of his tongue. Matthew opened his eyes, his pupils now only black pits of desire.

Blanca had been shaken, and her lips were trembling. “You’re a pervert!”

Seeing that his wife really was about to get mad, Matthew let her go slowly. Of course, that was out of consideration for her body and health. They could consummate the marriage another time.

“All right, don’t raise a fuss and go to sleep. I’m not interested in ill patients.”

With that, Matthew shut the lights off.

As for Blanca – “???”

He was the one who’d leapt on her in the first place, and she was the one who wasn’t supposed to raise a fuss?!
