Chapter 697: She Brought Him to Bed
After being rescued by the mysterious man, Dorothy Russell fell into a coma. She did not awaken until the evening, feeling sore all over, as if her body had fallen apart. Fortunately, her damaged meridians had been reconnected. As she pondered this, the door opened and a man walked in slowly. Dorothy Russell smiled seductively upon seeing him. She rose to her feet and moved close to him, her voice soft as a drop of water, "I knew you would come to save me." The man glanced at her indifferently and uttered coldly, "Foolish!"
"I was careless this time. I didn't expect Tina to be so formidable. After hiding for so long, she discovered me this time," Dorothy Russell said, her voice tinged with frustration. The villa she had spent a fortune to build was fortified with security measures that even a top hacker might not breach. But she had underestimated Tina, who was not just any hacker.
She was Grey Wolf-a legendary figure in the hacking world. And she had a mother, Natalie, who was even more skilled than her. Both mother and daughter were not only toxic but also utterly incompatible with her.
The man watched her without expression, silent. Sensing his displeasure, Dorothy Russell cooed, "With your skills, they won't be able to find you."
A flicker of emotion finally crossed the man's eyes as he spoke in a deep voice, "When will the item you're working on be ready?"
"It will take some time!" His face darkened immediately.
Dorothy Russell explained, "I was just rescued by you. Tina and Jared will surely scour the city for me. I need to lay low for now. Arrange a place for me to stay, and once things settle down, I'll set up a new lab." The man remained silent, his gaze cold.
"Don't worry, I've already found a new direction for my research. I plan to upgrade ST-1 by adding some special ingredients. There shouldn't be any issues."
In truth, she had no new research direction. She had to say this, as this man was not as easygoing as Justin. She loved Justin, but not deeply. And this man? He was the excitement she craved, the one she sought as a talisman for herself and Justin. Eternal youth was her obsession, not Justin's. Justin loved her and wanted to be with her forever, but she sought eternal youth to forever captivate many men.
Besides Justin and the man before her, she had many others. Some were now in their graves; others were merely twenty years old. She had tried all types of men but had never borne a child to anyone, including Justin.
The man's expression softened slightly as he spoke coldly, "It had better be so. I don't keep useless women around."
Dorothy Russell slithered closer to him, her pale fingers lightly tracing his neck, her voice utterly enchanting, "Do you find me useless?"
The man looked down at Dorothy Russell, now dressed in a lace slip he had personally changed her into, revealing much beneath its deeply scooped neckline. Her serpentine movements against him finally elicited a physical response. He grabbed the back of her head and kissed her violently, causing Dorothy Russell to wince-not at all as gentle as Justin.
She loved it. Suddenly, the man threw her onto the bed and pressed down on her. The room was engulfed in a tempest. Three hours later, it finally subsided. The man got off Dorothy Russell and dressed unhurriedly, looking down at her with a commanding air. Then, he reached out and caressed her face, "This face and this body are still the most enticing. Your skills have improved as well, you little temptress. Don't seduce me."
Despite being much older than the man, Dorothy Russell seemed like a little girl in his presence. She smiled, "As long as you're pleased. From now on, you'll enjoy this every day."
Eternal youth wasn't just about keeping a youthful face; her body needed to stay young as well. Fortunately, the effects of st-1 on her face were short-lived, but it did wonders for maintaining her body. At ninety, her body appeared no older than thirty. Yet, she was not satisfied with this outcome. What she wanted was to be forever eighteen. The man pinched her cheek and said, "I've arranged the house for you. Stay inside unless necessary and better not show up at the Langdon family's place, or you know the consequences."
"Yes," Dorothy Russell nodded.
"Don't worry, I only want you."
The man said nothing more and turned to leave. Dorothy Russell watched his retreating figure and curved her lips in a smirk. True to form, men are carnivores; once sated, they turn away without recognition. In Ashbury, Tina visited Natalie, who was still unconscious. Angela was tirelessly caring for her every day.
Tina conducted a thorough check on Natalie, her eyebrows tightly knitted. Angela, noticing her troubled expression, grew anxious, "Is it Alina's condition?" Tina shook her head, "No, my mother's condition is stable, and her vital signs are fine." "If there's no problem, why that expression earlier?" Angela frowned, worried that Alina might be beyond help.Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.
"It's exactly because there are no problems that there is a problem. How can someone whose vital signs are perfect, and all tests show no issues, just not wake up? Isn't that a problem?"
"Are you saying your mother might never wake up?" Angela's face fell, a chill emanating from her.
"Perhaps," Tina's voice was grave. This wasn't the outcome she hoped for. Initially, the surgery was to find out what the kidnapper from the Five Poisons looked like years ago. After the surgery, however, everything progressed smoothly, including locating Dorothy Russell. Everything was going so well that it scared her; she feared her mother might truly be gone forever.
Yet her mother's vital signs showed no issues, a conundrum she had never encountered before. Angela, sensing her distress, reassured her, "Don't worry too much. If her vital signs are stable, there's still a chance for Alina to wake up." Tina nodded, "Thanks, Angela, for taking care of my mother."
"No need for thanks with me."
After visiting Natalie, Tina went to Jared's private villa. She had been here twice before and knew the security code. She entered the code and went in. As soon as she entered, the bathroom door on the first floor opened, and Jared, clad only in a towel, emerged. Tina and Jared locked eyes and froze on the spot. Tina thought, 'He's huge!' Jared asked, "Tina, why come at this time?" After a moment's pause, a fiery impulse surged through Tina, and a fervent voice in her head screamed: Today, I must have him!
