Third-Person narrative.

While the war raged on, dead bodies of fallen warriors littered the borders of the silver moon pack. But for every one of the silver moon pack warrior that died during the battle, two or more of the rival pack warrior was killed.

The borders were a chaotic mess as the sound of the painful growls and the schwing sound of the warrior’s sword filled the air.

While Denver and Samuel placed themselves at the frontline of the attack, Derrick and his group of archers were busy firing shots at the warriors that may have escaped Denver and his men’s swords.

Devon and his men were the last in the lineup as they were the ones ensuring that no rival pack warrior crosses the border.

And so far the odds seem to be in their favor as they kept fighting with all their strength and might.

Derrick was still busy firing shots at their enemies when he felt a sudden pain rip right through him.

The impact made him subconsciously touch his back to see if he had been hit, but he found nothing.

He soon realized that one of his brothers may be in trouble, and he quickly sent a mind link to Devon.

“Are you alright?” he asked Devon.

“I was about to ask you the same question,” Devon responded.

The urgency in his voice told Derrick that he had felt the pain too, as he quickly tried communicating with Denver. But after several attempts, Denver does not pick his link and immediately he sensed trouble.

“Denver is not responding to his mind link,” Derrick said to Devon and they both panicked.

To them, Denver not answering his mind link was a red flag, because he was in the habit of picking their links or checking up on them.

“Let’s find him,” Derrick quickly said to Devon.

And afterwhich, he quickly appointed someone else to head his team while he ran off to go and look for his brother.

He had barely moved five-foot steps when he felt another sharp pain ring through him. He hurries off, using his super speed ability to search for his brother amid the fierce battle.

He had just walked in to see Denver crashing to the floor, right before he saw Lucas Amel asking his men to behead Denver.

“Found him,” Derrick said to Devon before shifting into his wolf form.

Ferociously, he attacked the men that were about to carry out Lucas Amel’s orders.

Samuel who also had seen the scene from a distance where he was fighting, decided to go after Lucas Amel who he saw desperate to blend in with the other warriors.

Devon arrived just in time to join Derrick to fight off and kill the rival pack warriors surrounding Denver and on getting close to him, they discovered that he had been shot with arrows laced in wolfbane.

They carefully pulled out the arrows from his back and pulled his shirt up to notice how his entire back had been badly burnt.

They have always wondered why protection against the wolf bane had never worked on Denver, especially since it worked on them both.

They knew he needed medical attention fast, else they might lose him. Because Denver was already very weak and was barely breathing.

“We need to get him home,” Derrick said to Devon as they both, looked around to see what they could use to convey their big brother back home.

He soon spotted a lonely horse whose dead owner was dangling from it.

Thank goodness, he knew a thing or two about riding a horse.

“Find Lucas Amel and make sure he does not leave this border alive,” Derrick instructed Devon as they dragged down the dead man.

After which, they both carried Denver and placed him on the horse and Derrick quickly rode off.

Devon went back into the fight looking for Lucas Amel in rage. But instead of finding Lucas Amel, he finds Darius, the alpha of the bad moon pack, and the reason behind the bloodshed that night that was happening.

He charged towards him in rage and caught Darius off guard as his sword came heavily on Dairus’s head.

The sharpness of Devon’s sword splits Darius’ head into two equal parts.

B***d oozed from his head as he crashed heavily on the floor. He after which, pulled out his sword from Darius’ head and plunged his sword deep into Darius’ heart.

As soon as Darius died, everyone who shared a b***d tie with him became weakened by his dismissal, and this gave the silver moon pack warriors the advantage to kill more of the rival pack warriors.Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

Some warriors who noticed what had happened started fleeing for their lives and one of those fleeing persons was Lucas Amel.

As soon as he noticed that Darius was dead, he quickly made to run away, but he was unlucky as he was been marked and followed by Samuel.

Samuel carefully trailed him until they were alone on a lonely path.

“Hello Lucas Amel,” Samuel called out to him as soon as they were alone on a lonely path.

Lucas Amel is startled by Samuel’s sudden appearance because he felt he was seeing a ghost. But he quickly recollects himself almost the same instant.

“You look surprised to see me,” Samuel said to him.

“Why would I be surprised, I knew those triplet buffaloes were too spineless to do what they said they did to you,” Lucas Amel said in confidence to Samuel.

“You are still as arrogant and proud as the peacock that you have always been,” Samuel said to him.

“Don’t blame me, I was not born unfortunate,” Lucas Amel bragged.

“Coming from a man who killed his daughter, I might have lost what being fortunate is all about,” Samuel said to him.

“She was not my daughter,” Lucas Amel stated with harshness in his voice as if he regretted being associated with Gwen.

“Yet, she called you father, and above that she was my mate,” Samuel said sadly.

“What?” Lucas Amel, obviously taken aback by the sudden news.

At that moment, thunder erupted through the sky accompanied by sudden rain clouds and heavy wind.

Within seconds, the rain started falling heavily, drenching everyone and everything it came in contact with.

“You didn’t know, did you? She was my mate and was pregnant with my pup. But she was too ashamed to accept me because you had taught her the wrong values of life. You taught her not to appreciate and accept people that are beneath her social status. To be conniving and manipulative in getting anything she wanted not minding who gets hurt and who doesn’t. You made me kill my innocent pup, the same way you and your daughter made me kill that innocent maid. You may have not been born unfortunate Lucas Amel. But tonight, you will die as one,” Samuel ranted to Lucas Amel.

Every thunder that erupted through the sky, echoed Samuel’s unspoken rage.

Lucas Amel seemed to be taken aback by all the words that Samuel was saying to him. But again, he doesn’t dwell on it much as he shifts into his wolf form and flashed his fangs at Samuel.

The pains that Samuel had buried deep in his heart came alive.

Despite everyone thinking he had moved on, he still blamed himself for the loss of his pup. He blamed himself for his inability to recognize his pup inside Gwen’s womb.

The sad event has even made him question if he was capable of being a good father to his future pups.

Slowly he starts reliving the scenes when Gwen found out that he was her mate. How they made love eventually led to her pregnancy. And lastly, the sadness on her face after she told him that the pup she had just lost was his.

Tossing his weapon aside, and rain splashing on his face, Samuel slowly shifted into his wolf and let out the loudest and earth-trembling Howl that sent everything within twenty feet around him flying off the ground.

Samuel was weakened by the time he had finished his howl as he crashed on his kneels while rain drenched away his hidden pains and sorrows.

Lucas crashed severely against one of the trees, and the sound of his bone cracking as he shifted back to his human form filled the air.

On seeing Samuel weakened on the floor, Lucas Amel tried getting to where Samuel had dropped his sword to kill him.

Even though the pain from hitting a tree was taking a toll on him, he was determined to have the final say and the last laugh as always.

Back on the battlefield, the loudness of Samuel’s howl directed Devon’s attention toward where the sound had come from, and realizing that Samuel may be in some sort of danger, he ran in that direction.

He arrived just in time to see Lucas Amel picking up Samuel’s sword and lifting it with both hands to behead Samuel.

Devon ran towards him using his super speed ability and lifting himself off the ground as his sword harshly landed on Lucas’s hand and chopped off his both wrist.

His both palms fell to the ground, still tightly holding onto Samuel’s sword.

B***d splashed from Lucas and their hands, as an intense pain he had never felt before roared out of his mouth.

His scream made Samuel subconsciously look at what had happened to him, and that was when he saw Devon’s sword dripped in b***d.

Realizing his end was closer than ever, he ran into the woods, as he was desperate to get away from the two angry wolves before him.

Samuel stands up from his kneeling position to pick up his sword, nonchalantly removing Lucas’s now stiff hands and tossing it away into the woods.

Samuel’s eyes instinctively went to Devon’s as if asking for his permission to finish off the bastard.

Devon nods his head in approval and Samuel went after Lucas Amel and once he found him sitting and growling under a tree.

As soon as Lucas saw Samuel coming for him, all his bravery and confidence got washed off in the rain.

“Please don’t kill me, I will give you anything you want, anything at all, just name it,” he pleaded with Samuel.

“You killed my mate, it is only that I kill you too,” Samuel said.

Swiftly, he moved his sword harshly against Lucas’s neck, and his head got detached from his body.
